Expanded comparables, improved search tools and earlier market insight across the Nimbus platform

At Nimbus, we’ve been focused on helping property professionals access better information, faster, and use it more effectively in their day-to-day work.

That’s why we’ve launched a major enhancement to the Nimbus platform, bringing together expanded comparable data, AI-powered market insight and improved workflows designed around how property professionals actually work.

The latest release includes a significant expansion of the Nimbus Complete Comparables Tool, which provides access to more than 30 million commercial, residential and land comparables drawn from over 2,000 trusted data sources, contributed data and patent-pending AI-powered deal detection.

Powered by our proprietary Golden Record architecture, Nimbus brings fragmented property information together into a single verified property profile. That means users can not only see what happened in a transaction, but also understand the wider context around ownership, planning history, environmental constraints and market activity.

We’ve also continued to expand our Contributed Data Model, enabling trusted industry contributors to share comparable evidence directly on the platform. With more than 150 contributors across the UK, this continues to strengthen both the depth and speed of insight available through Nimbus.

Paul Davis, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Nimbus, explained that the latest enhancements were designed to give property professionals quicker access to more reliable and meaningful insight.

“We’ve focused heavily on improving the quality and depth of insight available across the platform. Property professionals need access to reliable information quickly, but they also need context and clarity about the data they use.

“This launch is about helping our customers work faster, make better-informed decisions and spot opportunities earlier.”

The update also introduces a range of workflow and usability improvements across the platform, including National and Radius Search functionality, enhanced planning and ownership workflows, improved site assessment tools, expanded collaboration features and faster access to premium property data.

Simon Davis, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Nimbus, added that customer feedback had been central to shaping the latest release.

“A huge amount of work has gone into refining how people interact with data across the platform. We’ve listened closely to customer feedback and focused on making workflows faster, more intuitive and more connected.”

Nimbus is used by property professionals across the UK to support acquisition, valuation, development, planning, investment and advisory workflows.

The enhanced Nimbus platform is now available nationwide. To find out more about the latest features or arrange a personalised demo, speak to the team today.
