View ownership

The info panel gives instant access to the owner's contact details, together with direct links to Companies House – from where you can find further information, such as the directors, copy statutory accounts and more. Advanced and Enterprise users can also view and download all properties within the company’s portfolio, all in just one click.

Property boundaries

Precisely understand the extent of ownership of a title, plotted on both aerial imagery and the Ordnance Survey Mastermap Togography layer – all in a single click.

Title documents

Purchase title plans, registers and leases directly from HM Land Registry at cost price, directly from the downloads area of the info panel.

Uses and rates assessments

Immediately see a property’s current use together with internal areas and rates assessments using data directly from the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).

Building footprints and heights

Use the building footprints feature to view the gross external building footprint of all properties on any title. In addition, the building heights data means you can assess the eaves heights of industrial stock or identify airspace opportunities on a particular site.

EPCs

Instantly see a property's current and potential energy performance certificate rating. Improving this will require investment so a low rating could mean an opportunity with a distressed owner.

Planning histories

See the full planning history of the property, as well as applications on surrounding sites. The information shown includes the date the application was submitted, its current status and a detailed description of the proposal, all linked directly to the application on the council's planning portal.

Planning policy

The info panel lets you immediately see which council covers the asset you are interested in and provides seamless access to the information within their local plan.

Planning constraints

Check the headline policy constraints of any title in a single click. The info panel gives an immediate snapshot of whether a property is listed, in a flooding zone, green belt or in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB).

Population numbers

Get a comprehensive view of the population within a 1km radius of any property, providing you with an at-a-view glance of how many people live in an location and how many households are situated within that catchment area.
