Nimbus is proud to announce that we've been ranked #1 in the PropTech 50 for 2025, recognising us as the leading innovator in UK property technology.
BusinessCloud and an expert judging panel selected the 50 companies transforming the property sector, with public votes from a 114-company shortlist contributing to the final ranking.
The leaderboard is published annually, highlighting the property technology companies leading innovation across the real estate industry.
Where Nimbus is leading
Nimbus undoubtedly earned the top spot because we're redefining how property professionals find and evaluate opportunities. Over the past year, we’ve expanded our data significantly — including launching our Contributed Data Model — so users can work with the most complete and up-to-date information available.
We’ve pushed hard on AI innovation, building smarter search tools and workflows that help people move faster and make better decisions. And, we’ve strengthened the support we give agents, developers and investors by making the platform more intuitive and powerful where it matters most.
Importantly, we’ve brought the industry closer together. More partners are sharing verified data through Nimbus, creating a level of collaboration the sector hasn’t seen before. That collective effort is a big part of what put Nimbus in first place this year.
About the judging panel
“This year’s PropTech 50 showcases several companies driving the data revolution in property,” said Jonathan Symcox, editor of BusinessCloud. “It is our pleasure to shine a light on 50 amazing innovators from all corners of the UK.”
The judging panel included experts from Alvarez & Marsal, Real Estate Women & Cambridge Finance, OBI Property and BusinessCloud.
What's next?
Nimbus will continue expanding its data, strengthening partnerships, and delivering new AI capabilities. Winning first place here reflects our momentum and commitment to redefining property intelligence across the industry.
