Nimbus has launched a new data intelligence platform designed to give property professionals earlier, clearer insight into market activity.
The Complete Comparables Tool combines AI-driven detection with a verified national dataset of more than 30 million comparables, drawing on contributed and researched data from more than 2,000 integrated data sources, including Land Registry, VOA, planning applications and live listings.
Nimbus says the tool gives users a more complete, data-enriched view of the market and enables property professionals to identify market movements and potential transactions ahead of the open market.
Paul Davis, co-founder and co-CEO of Nimbus, said: “Our mission is to help professionals value any building, anywhere, regardless of sector, size, tenure or location. This tool takes that to a new level. By unifying and validating the nation’s property data, we’re helping property professionals make faster, better-informed decisions with clarity. The Complete Comparables Tool sets a new benchmark for accuracy and transparency. It’s about removing uncertainty and supporting the industry with all the intelligence it needs.”
