Nimbus® Maps “12 Days of Christmas prize draw” Terms and Conditions – December 2023

Introduction 

You agree to these offer terms and conditions by participating in the prize draw. The promotion is being run by Nimbus®. 

Eligibility to qualify

The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.  Nimbus® existing subscribers, employees and associates are excluded from the prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person, and prize draw is free to enter. 

The prize 

The prize draw is to win one of 12 free subscriptions to Nimbus Advanced for three months. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time. This offer (the “12 Days of Christmas prize draw"), which is made to you by Nimbus® (as defined in the Nimbus® Maps Terms and Conditions of Use), entitles new clients to access to the Nimbus® Service (as defined in the Nimbus® Terms and Conditions of Use) free of charge for a three month period.

How to enter
To enter the prize draw simply subscribe to our mailing list via our website: www.nimbusmaps.co.uk/advent-giveaway 

Winner announcement
The winner will be notified after 18th December 2023 via the email provided during subscription. Nimbus® will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the
second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Nimbus® reserves the right to choose and
notify a new winner.

Data Protection

You agree that Nimbus® will use any personal information you provide when entering the prize draw for the purposes of administering the offer, and that you provide permission to subscribe to Nimbus® communications as specified in our Privacy Policy.  

Limitation of Liability 

Nimbus® accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any offer claimants entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw.
