The role:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of Nimbus by generating high-quality new business opportunities. This is a front-line, proactive role focused on identifying, engaging and qualifying prospective customers within the property sector.

Key responsibilities:

Identify and research prospective customers across defined target markets and geographic regions.

Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria to ensure strong sales conversion.

Book high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Regional Account Directors and Sales Directors.

Maintain accurate CRM records including activity tracking, lead status and pipeline progression.

Collaborate closely with marketing to follow up on campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.

Develop strong knowledge of Nimbus products, value proposition and market positioning.

Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting-setting and pipeline generation KPIs.

About you:

Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales.

Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking to senior decision-makers.

Strong research and prospecting capability with attention to detail.

Organised and disciplined in managing daily activity and follow-up tasks.

Comfortable working to activity metrics and performance KPIs.

Interest in property, technology or data-led solutions is advantageous.
