Regional Account Director
The role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Account Director to own and grow our presence within a defined geographic patch. This is a senior, customer-facing role with responsibility for managing key accounts, influencing key decision-makers, winning new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships while delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within your region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and senior stakeholders.
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within your defined geographic patch.
Drive growth from existing customers through upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.
Own regional pipeline management, forecasting and revenue delivery.
Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives.
Represent Nimbus at client meetings, regional events and industry forums.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent onboarding, delivery and ongoing customer success.
Time management to be weighted towards new business with a small portfolio of key account management in region.
About you:
Proven experience in a senior sales or account management role.
Experience within the property industry is highly desirable, with commercial property experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing existing customer relationships.
Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and key influencers.
Commercially astute, self-motivated and results-driven.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
