The role:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager to own, retain and grow our presence within a defined geographic patch. This is a senior, customer-facing role with responsibility for managing key regional accounts, influencing key decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our products and expanding existing customer relationships to increase revenues.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within your region from SME to large regional companies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and senior stakeholders.

Drive growth from existing customers through upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.

Own regional pipeline management, forecasting and revenue delivery.

Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives.

Represent Nimbus at client meetings, regional events and industry forums.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent onboarding, delivery and ongoing customer success.

Time management to be weighted towards adding value to our customers and measuring success against targets and set KPI's.

About you:

Proven experience in account management with a strong focus on retention and revenue growth.

Track record of increasing customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling and strategic account development.

Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

Commercially astute with strong forecasting and pipeline management capability.

Highly organised with effective time management and a focus on delivering measurable customer value.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
