Marketing Executive
UK (Remote)
The role:
We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Marketing Executive to join Nimbus on a maternity cover basis. This is a broad, generalist role suited to someone confident working across the full marketing function and can take ownership of campaigns and projects end-to-end.
You will report to the Marketing Director, supporting the delivery of the overall marketing strategy and aligning activity with business goals. You will also be comfortable operating independently and keeping activity moving when required.
Key responsibilities:
Campaigns
• Execute and manage marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels
• Monitor performance and optimise activity based on data and insights
• Manage timelines, assets, and internal coordination to ensure successful delivery
CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
• Build, manage, and optimise workflows, sequences, and automation within HubSpot
• Maintain CRM data quality, segmentation, and reporting
• Support lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline development
Digital Marketing
• Support and optimise digital channels including email, social media, and website
• Manage PPC activity, including monitoring and optimisation using Google Analytics
• Maintain SEO best practices across content and web pages
Content & Social Media
• Create and support content across email, social, and web
• Own social media account management (organic and paid)
• Ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all channels
Design & Brand
• Produce marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
• Support the development of marketing collateral and sales materials
Events & Trade Shows
• Support the planning and delivery of events, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Coordinate logistics, promotion, and on-the-day activity
Data, Reporting & Insights
• Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement
• Use data to inform decisions and improve future activity
Website & CMS
• Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and user journeys
• Ensure content is accurate, optimised, and aligned with campaigns
Key skills & essential experience:
Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, sequencing, and CRM management.
Experience running marketing campaigns independently from planning through to execution and reporting.
Strong understanding of AI tools, including Copilot, AI agents, and data enrichment tools.
Confident across digital marketing channels, including email, social, and web.
Experience with PPC and Google Analytics.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Competent design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience managing social media accounts (organic and paid).
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Experience with events and trade show management.
Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.

Additional information:
This is a maternity cover role expected to last up to 12 months. The exact duration may vary depending on the return of the current postholder.
Nimbus operates a remote-first working model. Occasional travel to London and other UK locations will be required for meetings, events, and team collaboration.
