Site characteristics

Our advanced filters save you time by only showing you land and buildings of the right size, use class, property size, density and EPC rating that suit your property requirements.

Low-density sites

Identify underdeveloped opportunities using the site coverage filter to target properties where there is scope for additional site development.

Ownership type

Target opportunities by searching for properties owned by a corporate entity. Use this to search for residential properties owned by companies as investments or to exclude development opportunities owned by councils where they will need to demonstrate "best value" on any sale, and more.

Planning constraints

Refine your search further by excluding properties that flood or are listed, in the green belt, AONB or SSSI.

EPCs

Search by EPC rating to target opportunities where the owner may have problems letting their property due to the poor energy efficiency of the building.

Expiring leases

Refine your search to only show properties where the lease is coming to the end of its term, indicating that the owner may therefore be more inclined to sell.
