PAUL DAVIS

Paul started his career in the family property & investment business but then later went on to form a consultancy with his brother, Simon, specialising in property development for multi-billion-pound organisations. Their consultancy was launched in the last recession and yet grew rapidly, being retained by many of the nation’s largest property owners and occupiers, including Co-op, Sainsbury's, Punch Taverns & Admiral Taverns to name a few.
It’s here that the brothers co-founded Nimbus® Maps, a platform designed to support property professionals and entrepreneurs by using a "technology first” approach to solving the problems they faced in their consultancy work.
Having progressed well over 250 development schemes for some of the UK’s biggest PLCs, representing them in all services from acquisition through to development management and agency work including pre-lets and pre-sales , Paul draws from a wealth of experience as an investor, developer, and consultant.
Jane Senior
Head of Disputes Resolution team / accredited mediator| Lodders
Jane Senior is Head of Dispute Resolution at Lodders and specialises in property dispute resolution. She has nearly 30 years’ of advising companies, partnerships, and private clients in many areas including landlord and tenant matters, easements such as rights of way and rights to light, overage, party walls, boundaries, proprietary estoppel, and development projects and agreements. She acts for developers, investors, landowners and farmers.
Jane is an accredited mediator and believes that many disputes can be effectively resolved this way and through constructive negotiation in other formats. Her approach is pragmatic and commercial and, where appropriate she will pursue a claim (or defend a claim) to trial, with a clear strategy and the client’s objective always in mind.
She sits on the panel of boundary dispute mediators for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. If the usual routes aren’t helpful, she is also a black belt in karate.
Vicky Khandker
Head of Property Resolution team | Lodders
Vicky Khandker is a partner and head of the Property Dispute Resolution team. She advises clients on a broad range of contentious property matters including boundary disputes, party walls, easements, restrictive covenants and issues arising from development agreements.
Vicky has a particular specialism in commercial landlord and tenant work and regularly advises clients seeking vacant possession of commercial sites. Vicky has a six year old daughter so is used to tricky negotiations
