PAUL DAVIS

Paul started his career in the family property & investment business but then later went on to form a consultancy with his brother, Simon, specialising in property development for multi-billion-pound organisations. Their consultancy was launched in the last recession and yet grew rapidly, being retained by many of the nation’s largest property owners and occupiers, including Co-op, Sainsbury's, Punch Taverns & Admiral Taverns to name a few.
It’s here that the brothers co-founded Nimbus® Maps, a platform designed to support property professionals and entrepreneurs by using a "technology first” approach to solving the problems they faced in their consultancy work.
Having progressed well over 250 development schemes for some of the UK’s biggest PLCs, representing them in all services from acquisition through to development management and agency work including pre-lets and pre-sales , Paul draws from a wealth of experience as an investor, developer, and consultant.
NEIL BRIGGS
Managing Director | Inspired Agents
Neil Briggs has been active in the world of property for over 20 years. Beginning his property career in 2001 as a mortgage broker, his knowledge and experience have continued to grow, along with his passion. Neil has been investing in property personally since the early 2000s and personally does multiple strategies which include Flips, HMO’s, Single lets, commercial conversions, new build developments, Mini Mo’s, Micro Flats and commercial property. He has experience in JV’s and working with armchair investors for his property and development arm but also owns and runs a multi-branch sales and lettings agency, a mortgage brokerage, property sourcing company and a building company and also has in-depth experience of the planning system.
