With 10 years of experience in the property sector, Andrew started his career as a graduate for Taylor Wimpey PLC in the Land & Planning department. From here, he worked his way up to Associate Land & Planning Director for the Oxfordshire region where he sourced and acquired residential & mixed-use schemes - ranging from 7 to over 1000 homes.
With an aim to apply his skills across the UK, Andrew joined the Nimbus team in 2019 as Customer Success Director.

JOSH ELLARD

Josh graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First-Class Honours degree in Economics. This was completed with a particular emphasis towards Financial Markets enabling him to relate to the various dynamics of the industry.
He kickstarted his career with Arbuthnot Specialist Finance LTD, the short-term lending arm of Arbuthnot Latham & Co. Ltd. His focus involved supporting clients through the entire end to end lending process, adding value through tailoring products to best align with their needs.
Alongside his burgeoning career he is continuing to enhance his professional knowledge whilst studying for the CFA programme. This will bolster his experience and give him a broader understanding of financial markets to better assist clients along their financial journey.

THOMAS BOLAN
Bridging & Development Finance, Finanze
Tom comes from a background of working in Live TV production, where he enjoyed a successful career covering live motorsport events. However, after several years in the industry, he changed professionals altogether and started to pursue a life investing in property. Tom lives in the Isle of Man and so he wanted to find a way to creatively invest in property in the UK by adding value and refinancing, but with no money to his name, this proved more difficult than he'd imagined.
After months of trial and error Tom came up with a new concept of investing in apartment blocks and borrowing against the split value of the properties, giving the borrower the opportunity to borrow up to 100% of the purchase price. This concept is now a reality as Finanze have created a bespoke lending product around Tom's idea. This has enabled Tom to build a multi million portfolio and growing

PATRICIA MCGIRR

Trish is a former Mental Health Nurse who previously spent 15 years specialising in addictions and trauma. Having advised on and led numerous large public sector partnerships, she learned how to navigate policy and compliance. Integrating different political, financial and social agendas to achieve a single goal was a key requirement.
Having created a strong foundation and reputation for getting the job done, she left the NHS to establish a full-time consulting service specialising in strategic planning and multi-agency partnerships. Since becoming involved in property in 2003, she’s experienced life as an investor, landlord and estate agency owner and has spent a great deal of time dealing with homeowners and investors who are in financial distress.
