The solution?
The Heritage Constraints section of Location Analysis now includes a new layer that displays public rights of way, such as footpaths and bridleways. This addition provides developers and property professionals with essential information to navigate planning considerations and make informed decisions.

Updated information panel: Streamlining document access
We know that users need to assess a site before purchasing documents, and that the placement of the documents section at the top of the Info Panel can be inconvenient. Additionally, previously the KML file download was not available as an individual download – it also relied on users remembering to add it during the checkout process.
The documents section has been moved below the Population section, streamlining usability. Users can now easily access and read all necessary information before effortlessly adding documents to their basket. And that’s not all, a new document option for the KML file allows users to visualise a title's boundary, offering an improved, hassle-free experience.
Updated basket: Individual KML file purchase
Previously, the KML file was available as a checkbox add-on to another document, making it challenging for users to remember which files they needed.
Now, users will find the KML files as an individual line item in the basket, aligning with its availability in the Info Panel. Users can now purchase KML files without buying additional documents, simplifying the process, and ensuring they get precisely what they need – when they need it.
