This year's shortlist includes Nimbus in the Front Cover of the Year category. Public voting is now open, with the winner announced at the Estates Gazette Awards in November.
Our shortlisted cover marked the launch of The Complete Comparables Tool, one of the most significant developments in the Nimbus platform.
Designed by Tori Payling, the creative brought comparable data to life through a striking visual of the London skyline, using data points inspired by the Nimbus platform itself. The concept reflected our ambition to make complex property intelligence more accessible and to set a new standard for comparable data.
Since its launch, The Complete Comparables Tool has continued to evolve with richer data, new capabilities and insights from our growing contributor community, helping property professionals access broader, more reliable comparable evidence.
The Complete Comparables Tool is strengthened by the organisations and professionals who choose to contribute data to Nimbus.
